NIM 5 brings a fresh update to the NIM UI as well as major advancements to timecards with an entirely new actualization system we call “Payroll”.
The UI has been re-imagined to provide more details in a clear and concise manner. We have improved accessibility of information with direct task access from the dashboard.
Timecards are the major focus of this update with a complete overhaul to both the timecard UI and its underlying systems including a new rule based timecard actualization system.

DASHBOARD TASK ACCESS
All tasks assigned to a user are now accessible from the dashboard allowing users to work quickly across jobs without ever leaving the view.
Dashboards and overviews have been simplified including pop-up filter panels to focus on the information you are interested in.
RULE BASED ACTUALIZATION
Introducing a new timecard actualization system we call “Payroll”, which calculates user cost per pay period based on a set of defined rules.
Quality of life improvements have been made throughout NIM to increase the speed and efficiency at which users can access information.
